Can't seem to keep things in stock. Compared to different Walmart pharmacies this one is unreliable.

Walgreen pharmacy sucks! First I go in to refill a prescription and they tell me I have to wait 3 hours. So I go back In 3 hours.Then Thay tell me they are out of that prescription and have to come back in a few days.Now why can't they keep up on inventory?

This location closes way before 11 because some little guy that works here acting like he is king of the world he is extremely rude! He has never been respectful he works the entrance and tells you his own closing time he is new here and hopefully will be gone soon! ? if they close early they need to advertise the real closing time

I regularly have prescriptions filled at Walmart in Lindon, UT, but after learning that they didn't receive a prescription from our pediatrician for my child and finding out that they were also out of stock of his medication, I called our doctor and asked for the prescription to be sent to the Pleasant Grove location. The evening AFTER the prescription was supposedly sent, I received a call from this location stating that they were not accepting new patients because they were so back-logged for ADHD meds. As someone who has ADHD who has two kids officially diagnosed with ADHD as well, I am well aware that this medication is in short supply at this time. ALL of us who need medication for this are. But the tech who called me outright refused to transfer my prescription anywhere else and informed me that I would have to call our pediatrician AGAIN and have it sent elsewhere, advising me not to call any Walmart location whatsoever. I'm extremely angry that he refused to accept my prescription or even transfer back to Lindon for me (he did not even offer an explanation as to why he would not transfer the prescription--maybe it is not legal? but he did not explain that if that is the case), especially because my husband regularly visits the Pleasant Grove Walmart and literally spent over $100 on his own prescriptions there not even an hour before I received this call. Please take your business elsewhere. Someday I hope they are BEGGING for would-be customers to come back--especially those who have been loyal to the chain's pharmacy at other locations for years.

Hours say 9-9. What it fails to mention is that the pharmacists leave from 1:30-2. I left work to make a special trip on my lunch break. If I had known this I would have NEVER asked to have my Rx fulfilled here. Update your hours, not cool!!

I never ever write reviews but I have had nothing but positive experiences here. The first time I came I was 6 months pregnant with a 1 and 3 year old in tow. At check out I saw only the self check outs and must have looked overwhelmed because they opened a check stand just for me without even having to ask. They gave my kids suckers and helped me load my groceries. I've been several times since and they are always so kind. The shelves are always stocked with what I need or a good substitute. They are always there to help at check out, so kind and patient with my kids which is great when you've got 3 that are little. When I have to use WIC I have never had a single complaint or eye roll as I have at other stores. Really great customer service, which is rare!

This has to be one the worst pharmacies I’ve ever dealt with. Terrible customer service, just dude and arrogant staff. Went in tonight and the main pharmacist was pulling the cash registers and told me I’d have to come back tomorrow. It was 8:45 and they close at 9:00!!!

To be fair, I am mostly upset with the online refill process and not so much with this particular location. I ordered a refill on Tuesday and it said I could pick up after 2:30pm on Wednesday. Get there at 4:30 on Wednesday and it’s not ready. Double check my status online and it says it will be ready by 9:00am Thursday. Check online at 10:30 on Thursday and it doesn’t even show that I requested a refill at all. Dear Walmart, it’s 2021. Figure it out and stop wasting people’s time.

Very kind and helpful. The prices are generally budget friendly, I believe they accept prescription discount cards as well. They have quite a big O.T.C. selection, asking with many different vitamins and supplements.
