Service was great. Car was clean full of gas and agent was in the parking lot to return the car. We have rented before from budget and we will rent again

Easy car/van rental at the Provo airport. Normally, I use Avis. But, no Avis at this airport.... but Budget is part of Avis so everything on the Budget app was familiar to the Avis app. Returned the key in the Dropbox when finished. Altogether it was a smooth process.
