They answered any questions and were very patient. The service was kind, professional and quality. The team made sure a ROTH and Traditional IRA rollover was done correctly. Terrible service. The teller was rude. I asked to speak to a manager and she wouldn’t even get the manager. Don’t bank with Chase do not go to this branch. If I could give this a negative star I would.

Nobody answers the phone when you call the branch, you can never find an account representatives at any Provo branch, they rarely ever return calls or emails. Terrible customer service. Very high fees.
