“I am impressed with Central Bank's fraud prevention measures. I got a text alert early one morning that one of my credit cards was (attempted) used to purchase airline tickets on AirSerbia. The credit limit on this particular card is only $200, so it would have been denied anyway, but I immediately went into the app to turn the card off and Central Bank's fraud system had already restricted the card. Within minutes, while still in the app, another attempted was made for airline tickets on JetBlue. Shortly after that I received a text from Central Bank Fraud Alert asking if I used the card to purchase the AirSerbia tickets, to which I replied 'No'. and they replied that the card was now blocked. Great work Central Bank.”

“If I was rating just for the staff, it would be 5 stars, easy. Super friendly, remembers me from the last time I came in, super helpful and good at their jobs. The one demerit is for when I try to call, a lot of the times it tries to get me to talk to an AI agent or something, and I really really would just rather talk to a human. They have an app, which I only use to check my balance but seems to have other capabilities, if you are interested in that.”
“I don't have an account with them, but I used one of their ATMs and it was excellent. Got my cash without fees, and used it to deposit some cash later. Fantistic.”

Frank is an AWESOME Loan Officer!!!
He really knows what he is doing, AND he was 'on top' of Everything!
If we needed to provide additional documentation, Frank would immediately inform us, if we had questions, Frank replied quickly, even though he was helping many other clients.
Frank was Never stressed and was Always Kind and Professional.
When we had a question and he wasn't available, he would respond quickly, and our progress continued.
We closed on Thursday!!!

“I needed to convert $ to €, and this office made the process very easy. I called in advance and talked to a service rep, who was very helpful and informative. She checked which Zion's offices had Euros immediately available and enough to cover my needs. After getting to the counter, the teller was helpful and clear in the process and charges. As a non-account holder there was a $10 fee, but this is minimal. The only negative thing I can saw is that the parking ramps have tight corners, so anything larger than a midsize car will have difficulty in using them.”
