“I really love the selection and sizes you have to offer in your spring dress selection. I am extremely disappointed in your app. I went to upload receipts from last month and got the pop-up that I can't add receipts older than q4 days. Well, I tried several times after my purchases, and it wouldn't let me. None of your salespeople told me that I had 15 days to do it. I have spent over $500 in the last month and a half there. As a repeat customer, who is a patron of your store, I would think you would want to keep your customer happy.”

“OLD Navy is right. Every time I come here I am amazing at how much dust there is. I'll post the pictures of the dusty clothes. Great waiting area for trying on clothes. They even have chargers. Since things are really cheep others are not. Sales can Old Navy can suck you in.”

“Excellent customer service here. My fiancee accidentally left her purse in a dressing room and they were so on the ball they had it locked safe in the back for her. They were so kind and brought it up to the register when we were ready to check out and realized she forgot it. My only wish is that both cash registers were open like in the women's and men's departments and that the men's stuff went on as much sale as the women's but that's more a corporate issue than this store specifically.”
