Independent Import Service - Bosch Car Service has very kind and helpful employees. They went above and beyond to help anyone and would be willing to recommend them. They have the highest integrity of any mechanic shop. An understandable mistake happened while servicing a car, but they did the right thing and repaired the car fully at their own cost. They replace a clutch, air in the hydraulics, and replace a manual transmission at their cost. They earned unending trust for their level of integrity. Their rates are known to be more than the BMW dealer and the BMW dealer is $245 plus per hour of labor. They know more and their Services is top class.

Thayne is awesome. Was very helpful and took the extra time to diagnose things properly before just shooting in the dark. Was much more competitive on price than a lot of the other places I called. I live in Salt Lake City but I’ll always make the trip down here
