They have the highest integrity of any mechanic shop. An understandable mistake happened while servicing a car, but they did the right thing and repaired the car fully at their own cost. They replace a clutch, air in the hydraulics, and replace a manual transmission at their cost. They earned unending trust for their level of integrity. Their rates are known to be more than the BMW dealer and the BMW dealer is $245 plus per hour of labor. They know more and their Services is top class.
I’ve taken my care to be repaired there several times and the level care and expertise shows through in their work. Thayne goes the extra mile to make sure your car is in working order. Highly recommend.

Excellent service! Thayne is kind and professional. He is easy to talk with and takes time to explain things so that you get a clear picture of what is happening. Reasonably priced. I trust him (and his staff) to do what is needed, no more/no less. And he has cute furry friends that greet you with love and smiles.
