I have a 2005 Lincoln LS that is a unusual car, after taking it to Ford several times Ken Garff in American Fork, and being over the top charged for basic services, I constantly had to bring it back because of rookie errors, I was at my wit's end. Trust me I know more about that vehicle than I ever wanted to know. Garff's service techs splashed coolant during a coolant flush on my Dual climate control valve shorting it out And frying the electrical value and harness to the Input. When I returned the car to them, they rolled their eyes and said that It had nothing to do with the coolant, but lo and behold yes It did. Anywho, I was referred to Mike and Paul by one of the drivers at UPS. I cannot tell you how grateful I am to have come in contact with these two. Michael and Paul listen to my concerns took care of the problem without any hesitation. Their fee was reasonable and kept me informed as to the progress. They are my Mechanics for life.
