    It is small and more affordable and in a ok location off i15. I do feel it could use some upkeep from bugs, spiders and mice easily get into the units. So make sure no food is stored and when you get your stuff out to keep eye out in unit for remnant of these so you can make sure you don't bring home any unwanted guest.
