“We stored our boat in one of their units over the winter, the office people are always kind and helpful. They recommended we bring our boat to check and make sure it fits before we put a deposit down, which is helpful because backing your boat into a unit can be hard. It gets pretty dirty in the unit being next to the lake, so make sure you cover your boat. You can buy a lock in the office. We swept out the unit in the spring (bring a broom not a leaf blower!), and got our deposit back the next week in the mail. It’s really cool to drive into the storage unit area and see all the antiques from the museum. When you’re leaving, it can be hard to maneuver the corner out of the gate, so I recommend someone putting in the gate code, instead of driving up and entering the code, it’s an easier angle with a big boat.”

It’s been a while since I went with this facility but the employees here are exceptional!
Long story short, my husband and I had to store our broke down vehicle for a month while I went back to Washington and my husband went back to Oklahoma to his duty station. We attempted to drive our truck to Oklahoma and broke down and couldn’t find a way to get it back home in time. They kept in contact with me and were able to work with me when it came time for my freight team, tow truck and locksmith to come pick up the truck while I was still in Washington. They all collaborated and worked together and kept me in the loop. They were amazing! Thank you so much.

“It is small and more affordable and in a ok location off i15. I do feel it could use some upkeep from bugs, spiders and mice easily get into the units. So make sure no food is stored and when you get your stuff out to keep eye out in unit for remnant of these so you can make sure you don't bring home any unwanted guest.”
“Police dog walks around inside, during mornings. This makes us safe nothing fishy goes in in the units. Becca, and Cali are the best! We rented before for about a decade. Now we are back. We came back for many reasons: 1) Becca and Cali are great, attentive managers. 2) Turnkey Storafe is super safe. 3) It is convenient, right off I-15 and Center.”

“I scheduled online to have a hitch receiver installed, when I showed up for the install, they recommended a different receiver based on my make and model. They gave me a good deal on the superior product in order to get the price closer to what I had originally ordered. I came in for a 9:15am drop off, and they had it installed by 1:15pm.
I'm happy with it so far, and I appreciated Weston helping me out and giving me his expert opinion.”
