“Pro: they have tons of units of all different sizes. They have drive up units, indoor climate controlled units, and even vehicle parking in the back of the facility. They also have a different location nearby. When we canceled our storage unit it was super easy.Cons: It can be fairly expensive. We paid around $200 a month for our unit. They also close it at around 10 pm so you can’t take any late night hauls.”

“I have been storing with Slate Canyon for about the last 3-4 years. I currently have rented 4 different units. The owner takes great care of the property. The units are clean and priced great. Just an FYI for those shopping around, there is no lighting or electricity in the units. Not a problem for me and I rather have the cost savings in the monthly fee. Fits my needs!”

She even told me I could use ammonia balls to keep mice away because I was concerned about that from storing furniture in a unit by the airport from a different company. I did what she said & never had any problems with anything like that! I really appreciate it since a lot of our things had to go in there after my husband passed, I was able to have the time & space I needed & nothing was damaged & the prices were affordable. “Best storage facility in Provo. It is right next to the center street exit to I-15. We had a storage unit here for 5 months and loved using their services. Management is the best and the guy at the front desk is awesome and super helpful. I called a few weeks ago to ask about vacating the unit and when I showed up two weeks later he had everything already printed off ready for me to sign. Talk about superior customer service. Love this place and will rent here again.”

“The facilities were pretty good, and well kept, I'm a bit frustrated with the staff after I asked them how canceling worked and they incorrectly told me that it would cancel by itself if I don't do auto payment. It now obviously doesn't, and so I had to pay for another month”
