When I arrived at the room, there was no hand soap in the washrooms. I noted stains on the blanket, and after further inspection, stains on my sheets. I went to the front desk and advised. I was told to use shampoo to wash my hands, and that they should be getting a shipment of soap in the next few days. Cleaning service was unavailable, so we were given new sheets. I contacted my booking service to inquire if I could change my 4-day stay to one and they, in-turn contacted the hotel management whom refused to refund and early checkout. My son and I stayed, but will never return. Other considerations: Room key card needs to be re-magnetized at least twice daily, no bathroom fan, decals on bathtub peeling back, furniture is dirty and full of crumbs and hair, refrigerator not cool, stains on wall. I could go on, but really no point.

You get what you paid for. I read reviews that said that but they also mentioned the bed was nice so that's all I really needed.. and it was NOT. Upgrade your mattresses people! The breakfast was on the weak side of those types of breakfast providers.

I would like to start by saying the staff here deserves the 5 stars given for service. They were very friendly, and very helpful. A wonderful experience interacting with them, everyone from front desk to housekeeping was just lovely.
Unfortunately we will never stay here again. When we arrived everything was very quick as I had used the online check in feature they offered. When we got to our room, we were immediately met with the smell of old pet urine. I get it, we had our dog, they designate rooms for guests with pets, but this was bad. We were tired, so we put it past us. I wanted a shower before bed, the bathroom looked fine at first glance. Once in the shower, there was hair everywhere. I’m not talking one or two from the same person, I am talking like 20 different hairs from 3 or 4 different people. I even found one on the towels when I got out. As I exited the bathroom, I noticed several large stains in the carpet (which is dark brown with a blue pattern on it), so I was grateful to be wearing my flip flops. To throw a positive in here, the bed was clean, and very comfortable.
Fast forward to this morning, I got our dog his breakfast from the car (dry kibble), brought it back in for him, placed it on the floor, and we went for breakfast ourselves. When we got to the eating area, there was no hot food left, there were several people waiting for about 10 minutes for it to be refilled. There was one lady making the food, so I understand the wait I felt bad she didn’t have help as there were so many guests already eating and waiting. I didn’t care for the food, my partner thought it was tasty though. When we left to go back to our room I grabbed an egg for our dog, as he can be fussy sometimes when eating. We got back to the room, I grabbed the dog dish and went to put the egg in it and there were hundreds of ants crawling all over the dish and his food. We were literally gone for half an hour from our room. I dumped the food into the garbage and rinsed the bowl in the bathroom to clean the ants off of it. It was then I noticed more ants crawling around under the sink. We left shortly there after.

Checked in and 1st room given someone was staying in. Then given 2nd room and the beds were not made and room was dirty, then given 3rd room and was in the middle of maintenance and toilet and shower was in operable in middle of that the clerk stopped assisting me and started helping someone else in line and ignoring me. Then another clerk came in and said to go to dinner while they sorted it out since the restaurant was about to close. While eating a friend that was not on the reservation or there for the other 3 attempts comes to me and hands me a key. Saying it should be good now. Unsure how someone not on the reservation can be getting a key for someone else. Was also told would be given a big discount which i have not seen as of yet.

I liked this place. We stayed for 6 nights as we were in town for a job. The service was always prompt. The breakfast was diligently prepared and maintained by a man who seems to take great pride in his work. And the price was very reasonable. Thank you, Ramada. I enjoyed my stay.

$100. = The place is a bit worn, do you get a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and a clean bathroom.

Comfortable beds and pillows. Great hot breakfast. Coffee was great. Highly recommend this hotel. Very close to airport.

I am on the road for a living, for the price and proximity to the airport this is the best hotel in Provo. Jennifer and Carlos are fantastic and some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. Will be back again.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I am rating it a 2 star. The facility is well situated to the interstate, a Target, Home Depot and other establishments. The restaurant is nice and the staff friendly. However, the facility is “tired”. It shows its age. The staff is also nice and friendly. However, the breakfast is lacking. I’m ok with the same fried eggs and sausage. But on several occasions there was no coffee, eating utensils, cereal, and other things – that would be expected for breakfast. The card entry door locks to my room and other exterior doors sometimes did not work requiring going to the front desk and either getting a new card or having the door-opening mechanism “Velcro-taped” open. This happened to me and other guests. The room itself was ok, again a little tired. The price was right, and if you need a port in a storm this facility will work. After looking at other reviews mine doesn't seem out of place and better than most.

Hotel was in a nice location and the staff was friendly. At checking there were transients that were dirty and shoeless in the lobby and their cards kept declining. It was not a good sign. We checked in and upon entering the hotel, the hallway carpet was stained and sticky. The rooms were average. The bed and pillows were comfortable. However at checkout we noticed housekeeping only changes the pillowcases and sheets. You are using someone else's comforter and bed cover. The restroom was clean where it mattered. The door was filthy. Breakfast was good and there was a good variety for everyone. The staff was amazing aside from the woman who checked us in. She was walking for a couple hours and smoking outside with the transients. I had to go find her last night so she can help a guest that had been waiting at the front desk for a while. She also only programmed one of our cards, so the other one didn't work.
Long story short. It was an average stay for overnight. I would stay here again, but I would request complete fresh bedding at checkin
