Monthly updates have been consistently put out on time, and it’s clear that communication and structure have improved across the board. Anytime I’ve had a question or concern, it’s been addressed immediately and professionally, which I truly appreciate as a parent.

Communication overall is friendly and consistent — I’m always kept in the loop and never have to wonder how my son’s day went. They go out of their way to make parents feel included and informed.
