“Best price in Utah county hands down... Clean, new units and facility, no one on site to hassle you or moan and groan about stereo up to load or band practicing. On the flip side no one on site to help you immediately if needed in person, although most issues can and are handled with a simple phone call... No restrooms or dumpster on site either...”

My father moved from Washington State to Springville, and we have been storing his extra items here. My brother lives here, and on previous visits to see my dad, I never had a need to come here.I found the isles wider than those at facilities back home - this could be because of the snow, but it was nice. I also found the overall property very clean, and the buildings well maintained.My brother did an excellent job in picking this location.”
“5* They Had a great promotion for the first two months and low rates actually some of the Best in utah county so I decided to move my storage unit I was paying $240 per month for a 10x10 at extra space storage in Lindon , so I found watchdog here in Springville of which now I pay around $90 for a 10x15. Friendly staff, great hours and clean unit. Get security cameras present as well”
“They've been great so far! Anytime I have had even the smallest of issue I've been able to call in and let them know, and they've resolved it in a very timely manner.The units seem great so far and it has been really helpful having a place to put our belongings while we're in the process of moving.The only thing I can think of that would be nice to have is a more obvious entrance. We're at Site B and besides a yellow reflective pole near the pad to open the gate, there's nothing showing where the entrance is. But honestly once you know where it is, it's not too bad. We've had a great experience so far!”

“They do a good job of security, letting folks know about access and and problems going in and out. They are great to work with on billing and service. The only question I have ever had was about improvements. They have made some very nice improvements but where my unit is located I did not get them. Cost went up but I didn’t get the improvement. I hope they will add asphalt were my unit is next time they do improvements. I understand things happen all in good time, so I would recommend them to my friends and others!”
“Perfect for camping and enjoying nature! There’s a lake near by as well to explore and a trail for bikers!!! Price is amazing and they got wood and a dump site too to clean up and throw away once you’re done!! We had a great time this weekend!”
“I rented a space at Prime Storage for around a year or so. The facility was always clean and tidy, during winter the snow was always cleared. For the most part, Daniel was the representative there. A delight to work with, always very helpful and accommodating. Daniel knows his stuff. Recently, Dustin has been the onsite representative. He also has been great to work with. Like Daniel, Dustin knows his stuff and is extremely good at communication. I would recommend Prime Storage at Springville to anyone looking for a tidy, clean facility to store their items.”
“This small family owned business gives great personal service, something you don't always find with the bigger companies. Rented a unit for while and the prices were, and always are, a little less than their competitors. Moved from the area, but would use again if the needed. Would definitely recommend!!!”
