The Sleep Inn Provo near University is a conveniently located hotel. Reviews note the staff are consistently friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The rooms are generally reported as clean and organized, with comfortable beds and excellent pillows mentioned by several guests. The hotel makes an effort to update furniture and bedding. Breakfast receives positive comments for being good and having several options, including yogurt, eggs, bacon, pastries, waffles, juice, and fresh fruit. Coffee and tea are available 24/7. The hotel is also noted as dog-friendly, with a grassy area and provided supplies. However, the property is widely described as outdated and somewhat worn, with darkened, dated carpets and some cracked or stained fixtures. Some guests found the beds uncomfortable. Common criticisms include very small, claustrophobic showers, thin walls that allow noise, occasional issues with slow internet or a freezing TV, and malfunctioning amenities like the hot tub. The key cards can be problematic, requiring multiple swipes. The breakfast area is considered inconvenient by some. A few guests felt the value was slightly overpriced for the experience. Despite these drawbacks, many found it served its purpose adequately for a short stay.
The staff were friendly. The room was clean and quiet. The TV wasn't very good it would freeze up . The internet was also really slow. On a positive note The bed and the pillows were excellent 👌

Food and room was good. Not a fan of their small showers. They feel very claustrophobic. Hot tub wasn't working when I got there. But breakfast food was really good.
