“I would like to share our thoughts and feedback about the Dollar Tree in Richfield. We moved here in 2024. When we went to the Dollar Tree it was in disarray. Boxes were in the aisles and the products were not on the shelves. Hours were erratic and More!
Then one day it was like magic. We went into the store and it was neat as a pin. There were no boxes in the aisles, shelves were stocked, there were regular and consistent hours and More! It was like it was a well oiled machine.
We met the manager and assistant manager, Jewels and Shawn respectively. They were friendly, outgoing, and ready to assist with any questions and or where to find a product. It was amazing. My husband and I agree that good employees are hard to find! And especially amazing employees like Jewels and Shawn.
Corporate America should appreciate and treat employees like Gold that are hard workers, customer service is their priority, and a personality is Important especially when it comes to going the extra mile. These employees are rare and hard to find.
This Dollar Tree was magically turned around overnight and along the way to where it is Today.
Just a kudos to Jewels and Shawn for being part of this pivotal turn around. WE are now so happy to go into this store. Just wanted to share this with you.
