“So i spent about 2 hours today in T-Mobile due to a faulty phone. Chloe Burmood the Manager and staff were absolutely amazing. Chloe helped me with my every need to get me going back on my way and helped my anxiety go away do to a malfunctioning phone. She was so on top of helping me out and made me extremely happy. I would recommend the T-Mobile in Richfield to anyone any day anytime!!! Thanks again for the Awesome service and AMAZING PR. I am one Happy customer!!!!”

“So. i usually dread coming into this store over the past few years because everyone here always feels fake. The short mexican guy whos always there never feels sincere, and his sales/commission breath is just dang disgusting and it always makes me not want to go in.A week or two ago however (yes I could have wrote this sooner but i am busy.) ICame in and had to have some issues fixd and there was a tall guy with long hair that genuinely made me feel like I wasnt some kind of walking dollar sign like the other people does. I think his name was Steve or Sam or Shane or something like that. But he was FUNNY and positive, and for once didnt make this store feel like a chore. Thank you Sam/Steve/Shane guy. It genuinely helped me that day. I hope this review finds you well <3”
“You can't ask for better service. They are top notch. We recently had a ghost in our system and Jeremy work on it for a couple of days to fix it.If anybody needs satellite service or new system installed these are the people for you.”
