It took a long time to transfer and not everything came over the first time, so had to do it multiple times. Still not all emails came over. The technician was super patient so that made it OK. Would buy again no problem. I think the slow transfer may have been due to the big fire near Richfield, Utah. Overall friendly service!”

“Switched from Consumer Cellular to AT&T. Worked with Monica at Richfield store. Process was complicated by CC not being able to port numbers over (although porting was approved). Monica worked relentlessly through numerous layers of agents, then supervisors directing the process with expertise and the patience of Job (the Old Testament dude).
Did a hell of a job.”
