AFCU/ Zelle have a hold on my account and refuse to help me release it. Feels discriminatory due to my physical limitations. I have been a customer for 25+ years. According to AFCU, I do not matter. I cannot get anyone to help me. I have called and sent multiple messages.

Had a not so pleasant experience when I made them aware of fraudulent charges on my account. Money ended up being put back into my account but the process was a hassle.

i am a member out in Phoenix, Arizona and i just got off the phone with Gustavo De Oliveira Dias from the utah call center and he is AMAZING. Really personable and makes you feel comfortable and at home while also staying diligent and effective at his job. Doing good work that goes unnoticed and should be recognized!
