Specifically, the Clearfield branch is amazing.”

They were able to completely fix it, swap the balances, and then advise me on how to fix some of the problems I was having with my online bill payments. If you want subpar customer service, don't go here because you’ll only get excellent service at this branch office!”

“I'm terrible with names but the loan officer that sits of the middle desk that used to compete in martial arts and now she teaches martial arts. All I can say is Wow! I was in the process of getting a credit card through your credit union and just a savings account but when I walked in there she took over and fixed every problem that another Branch representative had not taken care of and she went above and beyond I'm just amazed the customer service was impeccable your branch blew me away everybody in there was positive had something nice to say and was more than willing to help you and was so knowledgeable on things especially the martial artist she handled my case like a master I just want to thank you and thank her for everything that she did for me. You have a customer for life.”
