“We took my 14 year old grandson school shopping in August 2024 shortly before school started and the store was very busy. The sales associate Anna came over and immediately started asked my Grandson questions about what he needed. She told about the Back to School Specials and before I knew it he had picked out several pants and shirts and Anna even talked him into trying them on!!! I was SO HAPPY!!! In all our years of school shopping I have never persuaded him to try on clothes. Anyway, she was WONDERFUL and even though it's a few months late. “I ordered a bunch of hats for my friends and I who were all born and raised in the Ogden area. When I ordered there was an offer to get a free hat if I spent the required amount. I did so and when I got my order, the free hat wasn't in there. I reached out to the owner and without hesitation he offered to send me the free hat. My friends and I really love the hats. They look great and they are made with great quality. I would definitely recommend giving your business to Ogden Made.”

“I am in love with the midi dresses with pockets I purchased. I also got a blush rose cardigan. I have recently purchased two of the cuffed shirts and a midi black skirt as well as a mint tiered skirt. I love the length in everything and the fits are great. Pretty true to size and not fitted. “Emi is the best. Always courteous and always accommodating. A true professional who knows fabrics, stitching, and measurements. Most alterations can be completed in a week. She will also let you know if it can’t be done, whether the article is too small to be altered for your body shape (it’s not body shaming if you bring a size 2 and want it altered to fit a size 8), or if the fabric can’t be altered without damaging or changing the original style. In this day and age where alteration experts are hard to find, Emi’s is a great place to go.”

“I bought some jeans the other day got home. Tried them on wore around the house realized they were probably just a little bit too big went back not only did they exchange them no questions asked for the correct size. They ordered the right size and they hadn’t sent out the other ones for alterations so they found me another pair of jeans and not once did I feel like I was inconveniencing them they were over the top. Excellent customer service.”

“I absolutely love going to this location mainly because the employees. I feel welcomed everytime I come and they're sooooo nice. I am 8 and a half months pregnant and they ALWAYS ask me how I'm doing. I wish I could give them many more stars than this. I am so grateful for these employees and they deserve a raise!!!! Plus, this store is always shocked, always nice and kept neat. It's always clean as well. Great job!!!!!”

“Kiersten was amazing! She was truly friendly and informative whenever I asked a question. She nailed what my size would be when I asked about their sizing on jeans. She even added that S and R stand for different lengths of jeans. (S for Short and R for Regular.) As a 5’3” shortie, that was very nice to know, so I wouldn’t have to spend extra on getting pants hemmed/shortened!
When I liked a shirt in the display and asked where it was located in the store, Kiersten even showed me some similar pieces of clothing. She was very sweet to think of how they might look good on me. She was absolutely right, because in the end, the shirt didn’t fit me well, but the hoodie she recommended did! I’m so glad I met Kiersten, because I walked out of that store with something new and a smile on my face!”

“The store was well organized and clean. They have so many pretty household items... decor, pictures, rugs, bedding, cookware, and clothing of course. I was able to buy four pairs of jeans that actually fit me... four the price of one that I saw in the Cal Ranch. Ross is my all time favorite place to shop and it's very dangerous for my pocketbook.”
