I ended up making an appointment for 2 weeks later, and requested Ashley to help me again. Between my 2 visits, I ended up trying on 7-9 different dresses. Ashley was so patient, understanding, and very very encouraging. She never made me feel uncomfortable, and was very supportive. The other workers passing through always made me feel beautiful aswell! I ended up finding and choosing my wedding dress while I was there!”

I did so and when I got my order, the free hat wasn't in there. I reached out to the owner and without hesitation he offered to send me the free hat. My friends and I really love the hats. “We took my 14 year old grandson school shopping in August 2024 shortly before school started and the store was very busy. The sales associate Anna came over and immediately started asked my Grandson questions about what he needed. She told about the Back to School Specials and before I knew it he had picked out several pants and shirts and Anna even talked him into trying them on!!! I was SO HAPPY!!! In all our years of school shopping I have never persuaded him to try on clothes. Anyway, she was WONDERFUL and even though it's a few months late. I haven't forgotten the EXCELLENT Customer Service!!!”

“I bought some jeans the other day got home. Tried them on wore around the house realized they were probably just a little bit too big went back not only did they exchange them no questions asked for the correct size. They ordered the right size and they hadn’t sent out the other ones for alterations so they found me another pair of jeans and not once did I feel like I was inconveniencing them they were over the top. Excellent customer service.”

“The store was well organized and clean. They have so many pretty household items... decor, pictures, rugs, bedding, cookware, and clothing of course. I was able to buy four pairs of jeans that actually fit me... four the price of one that I saw in the Cal Ranch. Ross is my all time favorite place to shop and it's very dangerous for my pocketbook.”

I happened to show up right at closing, so I didn’t get to meet Rachel much, but my time with Wendy during my auction pickup was so, so fun! She knows so much about her store, her community, and gave me so many helpful tips on a project I’m working on.

“Small store but my teen loves their clothes and they always seem to have his XL size in stock. They have cute K-Pop Demon Hunter accessories that my little girl loved- that you can’t find anywhere else! The Sales Associates are always nice and I love that they’re always playing K-Love Radio ?”
