“I have a Business Account with Verizon. I had ordered a new iPhone 17 but the order got “glitched” in the Corporate System somehow and after a couple of weeks, no progress had been made. I finally came to the Riverdale Verizon store looking for help. A gentleman named Dallan assisted me. He was able to find the trouble(s) in Verizon’s system, get all of them resolved / cleared for me, and finally, get all of the data successfully transferred to my new iPhone with the new contract (as I had requested). To have all of this happen and so quickly, was absolutely stunning. Dallan even scheduled a follow-up call with Verizon Corporate the next day to ensure that any lingering concerns or questions, would get completely addressed for me.
