I also want to give a shoutout to the manager, Kyle. There was a bit of a wait, but he made a point of checking in on everyone in line and also how he managed his team in the store!

“I have a Business Account with Verizon. I had ordered a new iPhone 17 but the order got “glitched” in the Corporate System somehow and after a couple of weeks, no progress had been made. I finally came to the Riverdale Verizon store looking for help. A gentleman named Dallan assisted me. He was able to find the trouble(s) in Verizon’s system, get all of them resolved / cleared for me, and finally, get all of the data successfully transferred to my new iPhone with the new contract (as I had requested). To have all of this happen and so quickly, was absolutely stunning. Dallan even scheduled a follow-up call with Verizon Corporate the next day to ensure that any lingering concerns or questions, would get completely addressed for me. So very grateful to Dallan for his technical expertise and fantastic customer service! Pleased beyond words! Dallan is a credit to your organization! Thank you very much!”

“I came by to grab supplies for the upcoming school year for my students last night. I was looking for pencil boxes that were not yet on display. The young gentleman stocking them was kind and patient enough to scan all unopened boxes to find them for me. I appreciate his help as this briefly interrupted a job he was doing.
In addition to his support, another older gentleman (who may have been a manager or supervisor) was extremely helpful and patient when I was having an issue with my tax exemption at the register.
