“Buying a bed can be overwhelming but when we walked in John took us through the pros and cons about different beds without any pressure. He answered all our questions and was very straightforward. We had planned on visiting more stores but didn’t because we were very satisfied with the way John took care of us. We’ve purchased a bed online before but never again. This was so much easier and less hassle. If your looking for a bed come here and see John!”
“My husband and I were nervous and excited to buy OUR first bed, together. We planned to check out a couple different stores, to compare. We chose this store because of the 5.0 rating. They are worth the 5.0! We loved that they are a local, family owned shop. The agent that helped us was so informative on the different brands and types of beds that they had on the sales floor. They made us feel secure in our decision process and was very patient with our many, many questions ?. We decided we did not need to see any other stores and proceeded with this one. We are happy that they will deliver the new matres and take away the old matres with only a fee for the local dump. The only issue we experienced is that It is taking longer than usual for the store to get the tracking number from their stocker, but that has nothing to do with the efficiency of the actual store.
We greatly appreciate your help and down to earth family service. I will recommend to anyone needing a new bed.”

“Really great experience, we were unsure about what we wanted and were looking at a few beds online but thought maybe we should see some in person. We came in earlier in the year to get a twin mattress for my MIL who likes a very firm mattress and had a great experience with the help of Keith. We were able to get what we needed and were not over sold. So when it came time to get a new mattress for ourselves we were happy to see Keith again! I will say, we got the same level of amazing service buying a 400 dollar mattress back in February as we did today buying a 5k mattress. 10/10 recommend, excellent service.”

This was my first time going from store to store looking for a mattresses and it felt like I was dealing with car sales men. Ryan was the best for sure. Hope this helps anyone. “I purchased a Nectar Classic mattress from the Mattress Dealzz store in Layton, Utah. I used the mattress multiple times during the 365 day trial period, but I always developed a lower back pain whenever I slept on it for more than two nights in a row. Nectar makes an excellent product, but this mattress and my body were just not a good match. Just before the trial period ended, I contacted Mattress Dealzz to arrange a return and a refund. This process was handled superlatively.Throughout my experience with Mattress Dealzz, their customer service has been excellent. I would not hesitate to purchase another mattress from this store in the future.”
