The lady who helped me was beyond friendly and even went out of her way to show me pointers to make it come out nicer. She also was very helpful and extremely friendly. I highly recommend this business. I wish I had caught her name. Everyone there that I met was friendly.”

“I have painted a few cars out of necessity. First time purchasing paint and body supplies here. They were amazing! Took the time to tell me the pros and cons of each quality level of paint and clear coat, color coded all of the supplies so I knew who when where and also printed off the directions on how to use. I will only buy paint here from this point on. The stock color code for the car I was painting would have been 800 a gallon, they matched a very similar paint color and saved me hundreds of dollars! Great experience, highly recommend.”

“Josh was super helpful today. He answered all my questions about primer and gave me good ideas for what to expect as we cover some really dark walls. After taking to him I had all the information I needed to choose the primer I wanted. He got the order ready quickly and loaded the 5 gallon bucket into my van for me. I also enjoyed looking at the different color mix trifolds to get ideas for our space and they have a little table with stools to hang out and look at colors. We're excited to get to the painting part of our remodel!”

“It's Home Depot! I like to build my shopping list in the app and use it to help me find the things I need in store. You can also avoid the problem of looking for out of stock things because the app will show the inventory at your store of choice. Every interaction I have had with their employees has been pleasant. Getting help finding stuff is hit or miss some times. If you need help getting something heavy off a shelf or into your truck they have always been available to help.”

“I had a very complicated order of 14 gallons of paint today, all different colors, and not all the bases we had planned on were available. The paint department did an outstanding job assisting me with this order and had everything done in about half an hour once the order was submitted, even with the unexpected changes. During checkout, the associate overseeing the self checkouts, Callie, was SO helpful. She went above and beyond in helping me process the order. When I had a question she did not have the information to answer, she made a point to track it down for me and saved me a lot of money. She was kind and friendly throughout the process, an excellent example of customer service.

“I had an issue with item delivered. Received amazing customer service all around. From person at phone center, to store manager and costumer service at location. They were all friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I'm not a huge fan of box stores, but with home renovations, you kind of gotta.
