When I needed to store some of my things to prevent them from being damaged/stolen, they were nothing but professional, understanding, friendly, and helpful. When it comes down to communication, they are extremely understanding. There were a few times where my pay days were a little after the due date, and they were absolutely willing to work with me, and that right there helped alleviate some stressful moments for me... Because this was the first time I'd ever needed a storage unit... And I was fearful of losing everything. “Wildcat Storage in North Ogden is truly amazing. Pricing is very competitive, location is very secure, easy to access and always clean. Kayla has been amazing from the time we started renting two years ago. She answered an after hours call when we were delivering our contents to the unit that took longer than expected running past the 10:00pm lockout time and saved us! Most recently, I accidently damaged the outer door removing my boat and was very concerned. They immediately called their door repair company to get someone out there to help get the door closed to protect my belongings. What I truly can't believe is that they are being so gracious and covering the repair costs which really shows just how much their customers mean to them. Kayla and the owners are what make a great storage facility truly amazing! I won't store my belongings anywhere else.”

“I would like to share what I saw yesterday. I have been at Ogden Self storage for 8 months. In the last 4 months I have seen more activity as far as weed cutting and I have not seen anyone come out of the office to do much of anything till now. I have seen the most amazing thing a man on a wheelchair cutting the weeds with weed cutter. I had sometime to go over and talk to him. He informed me that his name is John and that he had a stroke. All my problems that I have just went away. After speaking with John that he had stroke a year ago and that he is a retired deputy sheriff. I have a 16 year old boy that I cannot get him to take out the trash. After I told him about my hand issue his response was I hope you get better and he said that he would pray for me. When I was leaving June came the lady behind the desk came to clip the weeds with edger and then pushed John around on his wheelchair to do the weeds. John if you read this you have the spirit to walk and you have touched me.”
“The convenience of it being close to where I live and also the special they're running where you get the first month free was awesome That's nice and the people were nice too I even went in there today and the lady was at lunch on her lunch hour and she answered the door saying she's on her lunch hour but she still stopped and she helped me that was great she was the manager from the Hooper store you know how people from Hooper are good-hearted and aren't afraid to go the extra mile so far I've had a good business experience I have already recommended to other friends I would recommend doing business here also to you thank you star storage”
“I went in to public storage on antelope in Layton needing a storage. I was very unsure of what I needed. I entered and I was greeted by Chelcie who was so bubbly and friendly. She has the patience of a god, because I had her show me three different options and then show me again and dispute my inability to make a decision she still kept a smile and a positive attitude even though I made her walk a huge parking lot four different times and she was able to get me situated and squared away.”
“In an emergency move, we found safe reliable, and affordable storage at Extra Space Storage in Syracuse. Our unit was temperature controlled and worked great to keep my vinyl records safe. “Juan was great to work with. No one was at the office the day that I went, but he went out of his way to get me set up remotely. I had to call him every couple of minutes to make sure I was on the right track and he answered all of my calls. The storage unit is easily accessible, secure, and was clean upon me taking it over. The facility is gated, well lit (I had to make a night run) and can only be accessed by customers with personalized code at entry and exit.”
