“Emma thank you for the amazing customer service you provided me today. You went above and beyond by walking me through everything and showing me 3 different units to help me better decide which one was a better fit for me. Thank you so much. Definitely recommend Extra Space for all your storage needs.”
“The office was very responsive to setting up our delivery. They are estimate of charges very clear and reasonable. On delivery date the truck and driver showed up and we’re very friendly and quick in they’re delivering of the of the household items. They had missed out on item that I had asked about. They quickly called the office. The office found where that was and they agreed to deliver it very quickly without payment saying that it was their fault so they should cover the charge. I found them being very responsible with this little error. I would work with them again.”
“I am in the process of looking for a storage unit, and Carol was extremely nice. Took me to the unit so I could see it. Let me know about the specials that we’re going on and was very people person.”
“ANGELA is truly the best! She made everything so easy and treated me with so much kindness and care. You can tell she genuinely loves helping people — she went above and beyond to make sure I had exactly what I needed. It’s clear she takes pride in her work.”
“Definitely a pretty good place to go, temperature controlled units are a game changer! Me and my wife went to move things around yesterday and some of the staff (I totally forgot their names) came up and asked us how things are with the unit and were very friendly and very willing to work with us. 😎”
“Aspen Springs Storage is the place to store your stuff they have been great to work with easy access to my storage shed and pricing is better then most places. I would highly recommend them to anyone!!”
“I reserved my unit in person with Stacy. She was friendly, and made sure to answer my questions. She even let me take a peek at one to make sure it was the right size because I had difficulty telling online.”
“Josef is the greatest in the world. Very knowledgeable and overall resourceful, kind person. He is a valuable asset to extra space storage. Give him a raise!!❤️❤️❤️”

“If you’re looking for someone who truly cares about people, Tammy at Lock It Up Self Storage is absolutely incredible. During one of the most stressful and heartbreaking experiences we’ve ever gone through with our moving company, Tammy showed us nothing but kindness, compassion, patience, and genuine care.
When everything felt overwhelming and chaotic, she treated us like human beings instead of just customers. She went above and beyond to help us navigate an awful situation, and her support honestly made a huge difference for our family. It’s rare to come across someone so understanding and willing to help during such a difficult time.
We are beyond thankful for Tammy and everything she did for us. If you need storage and want to work with people who are compassionate, professional, and truly care, I cannot recommend her and Lock It Up enough. Thank you, Tammy, for being such a bright light during such a hard experience.”

“Debbie was an absolute delight and so helpful during our move out. We have been renting here for a few years and they have been wonderful. The dollies and carts were very useful moving in and out. Super clean, and the AC work amazing! Thank you”
“Moving is so stressful, and the staff, especially Brandon, was so sweet and made me feel very comfortable. He made the whole process go so seamlessly, which was greatly appreciated. From answering all of my calls and questions to changing my U-Haul reservation, he made the experience just amazing. I’m glad I chose this storage unit because I know I’ll be well taken care of!”
“I used Extra Space Storage for a year and a half and only stopped because I bought a house and no longer needed storage! But it was a great experience. Anytime I called people were always friendly and helpful. And the facility itself is WONDERFUL. Super secure with a code to open the main gate, that code needed again to get into your building, and then your specific lock and key in your unit. The buildings were always clean and it was always quick and easy to go pop by my unit if needed. Would recommend!”
“We have been so happy at Lock It Up in North Ogden. The app makes getting into our unit so easy. The units are very clean, we set off a bug bomb but I don't think we needed to as we haven't come across a single dead bug. We are so happy with it we even got a second unit for some temporary storage while moving. Highly recommend this facility.”

“I rented a storage unit at Wildcat Storage in South Ogden for quite a while, and it was exactly what I hoped for. Every time I stopped by, the property was clean, the driveways were easy to navigate, and the whole place felt well cared for. It wasn't the kind of facility where you worry about puddles, trash, or doors that look like they've seen better days. Everything always looked neat, and getting in and out was quick and hassle-free.
What I really enjoyed was knowing I could stop by, grab what I needed, and be on my way without any headaches. It's not often you think about your storage unit until you need it, and that's probably the best compliment I can give. The experience was consistently easy from start to finish. If you're looking for a clean, well-maintained place to store your belongings, this is an easy recommendation. Hopefully you'll visit your storage unit less often than your refrigerator—but when you do, it's nice knowing it'll be just as clean as you left it.”
“I highly recommend 5 Star Storage. They're so easy to work with and very convenient. I called around to a lot of places when I needed a storage unit and they were very responsive, accommodating and a great value.”
“Public Storage has been wonderful for me. I was able to do everything online super easy and the app that they have is also a super helpful tool, I’ve used it every time I’ve come to get into my storage. It is self-storage and everything can be done online, but there is an office building on property with friendly staff that can help with any problems that come up. I also appreciate that the property is very clean. Getting into my unit was super straightforward and easy!”
“Extra Space was the most helpful and knowledgeable with my storage unit. Giving me options that fixed my needs in storage.
Please contact them for your storage needs too!! Rachael Decker was patient with her service!!”

“To anyone needing to store some of your belongings, I would highly recommend Storage Star in Roy Ut. The two ladies in the office are fabulous, very caring and very informative of any questions you might have and even bigger point they are both very helpful. This facility is clean very accessible. Thanks again Storage Star! 😊”
“I had a storage unit here for 3 and a half months while I was between apartments, and I had an incredible experience! They were great at communication, they were very upfront about everything, the entire experience was exactly what I was promised, and June was fantastic! I would definitely recommend Ogden Self Sorage!”
“Wildcat Storage in North Ogden is truly amazing. Pricing is very competitive, location is very secure, easy to access and always clean. Kayla has been amazing from the time we started renting two years ago. She answered an after hours call when we were delivering our contents to the unit that took longer than expected running past the 10:00pm lockout time and saved us! Most recently, I accidently damaged the outer door removing my boat and was very concerned. They immediately called their door repair company to get someone out there to help get the door closed to protect my belongings. What I truly can't believe is that they are being so gracious and covering the repair costs which really shows just how much their customers mean to them. Kayla and the owners are what make a great storage facility truly amazing! I won't store my belongings anywhere else.”
“We had a deadline to meet with our landlord , who hadn’t given us much time at all. And so bc we started making phone calls and I think we talked to every storage unit rental place in Weber and Davis counties!! Sigh!
And then there was…..lock it up self storage on 9th and Wall in Ogden!!! These guys are the best! Best service! Best prices! Best units! We went in on a Friday afternoon and Krista made the whole sign up process for us simple and pain less. She is our new favorite!!! Didn’t have to sign our lives away and didn’t have to break the bank- because they had an awesome move in special as well!!! Thanks guys!!!”
