“Lately, I have had several "banking" issues - none of which are problems associated with Alta Bank, but Olivia (Riverton branch) has been super nice and courteous; and given me great advice to try and resolve the issues. She has gone way above and beyond! We have been customers since 1984 and have found everyone with whom we have dealt to be great. We hope to continue the relationship for at least another 40 years!”

“When we talked in a gentleman sitting at a cubicle offered us help, we told him we needed something notarized and he told us without being a client and no appointment, he couldn’t help us. He sat down and put his headphones in. As we were waiting for our other employer to finish his business Tracy walks over and asks if we need help. She told us sometimes we need appointments since we don’t have an acct however since she’s not busy, she was more than happy to help us. I’ve never had a Wells Fargo acct but if they’re all like Tracy I’m going to. She was absolutely exceptional and got us taken care of in the time we waited. 5 stars for Tracy for sure. She was sweet, efficient, & knowledgeable.”
