“I recently needed a last minute notary. It was near the end of the day and I arrived at the MACU Draper Branch with only about 5 minutes before closing time. I was invited to sit at a desk with Lohanna Carlson. She gave me absolute attention, completed what I needed, and was so pleasant & friendly during the whole transaction. “Right when I walked into the Credit Union, I was greeted by an employee, with a friendly smile & a welcoming “hello!”. The employee asked me what she could help me with & I told her that I needed to open a new account. She led me to the member support office, where Chandler, was already coming out of his office, to greet me! He introduced himself & I did, as well. He welcomed me into his office & politely asked me to take a seat. He answered all my questions & clearly explained everything to me. Chandler had my new account open and ready to go, with accuracy and speed! I felt comfortable, confident, & pleased by the way I was helped with their abilities and treated with care! Thank you!!”

I came in for the first time to this branch, I usually go to other branches in Utah County. When I open the door, they were both smiling and greeted me. They were very, very helpful and asked if there are other things they can help me with. The whole experience just put a smile on my face And gave me a the thought of wanting to come back here. “I’ve never had an issues with this bank. They’ve always been able to help me in a timely manner. A few weeks ago I needed to wire transfer some funds, which I’ve never done before, and Connie stepped right up to show me on my phone how to do it through the app as it is cheaper that way instead of doing it in person. She even went and got coloring books for my two toddlers who were with me at the time and was patient with them when they needed my attention. She went above and beyond and I felt so valued and taken care of.
Then later the same day I needed something notarized last minute so I called the bank and they gave me an estimated window of when the notary would be available. My husband and I showed up and the notary got us in and out with no other issues. They made that busy day so much more smooth for my little family.”
