“Right when I walked into the Credit Union, I was greeted by an employee, with a friendly smile & a welcoming “hello!”. The employee asked me what she could help me with & I told her that I needed to open a new account. She led me to the member support office, where Chandler, was already coming out of his office, to greet me! He introduced himself & I did, as well. He welcomed me into his office & politely asked me to take a seat. He answered all my questions & clearly explained everything to me. Chandler had my new account open and ready to go, with accuracy and speed! I felt comfortable, confident, & pleased by the way I was helped with their abilities and treated with care! Thank you!!”

“I’ve never had an issues with this bank. They’ve always been able to help me in a timely manner. A few weeks ago I needed to wire transfer some funds, which I’ve never done before, and Connie stepped right up to show me on my phone how to do it through the app as it is cheaper that way instead of doing it in person. She even went and got coloring books for my two toddlers who were with me at the time and was patient with them when they needed my attention. She went above and beyond and I felt so valued and taken care of.
Then later the same day I needed something notarized last minute so I called the bank and they gave me an estimated window of when the notary would be available. My husband and I showed up and the notary got us in and out with no other issues. They made that busy day so much more smooth for my little family.”

“I was a little skeptical at first seeing all of these negative reviews and comments. But after talking with customer service through the famously you rewards credit card system. And making a payment through their automated telephone system. They helped me resolve my issues, so that I could get my card. I also paid it before the due date and before I received my card. I had to call a couple of times. Just to make sure everything was going in the right direction. And so I waited a week or so. And I finally got my card. I downloaded the bread financial app; which by the way, is a great way to make payments and check your account balances. The whole process was easy from start to finish. Thank you!”
