“I had a fraud issue that happened two months ago, but because B of A determined it was not their fault, No one on the phone would file a fraudulent report.
I went into this branch and spoke with the relationship manager, Hannia Banuelos. Not only did she get the fraud department on the phone herself, but she sat with me for an hour to understand what happened and what steps we can take to collect the nearly 7k fraud loss.
For the first time, action was actually taken by Bank Of America to file a fraud report due to Hannia’s persistence.
Even customer service on the phone was trying to work their way out of helping me. I was ready to withdraw all funds and give this institution zero stars. Thank you to Hannia for actually listening, validating the problem and providing steps to get the funds back into my account. It is because of her that I still use Bank Of America.”
