“Bought a car battery from this store 2 years ago. Battery was not reliably holding a charge a age 2 years. Went to this store today (12/4/23) without the receipt. They had the receipt on file. They tested the battery, found it to be in need of replacement. They replaced the battery and replaced it, and installed it at no charge, on the spot. “I went in yesterday afternoon and was helped by a woman, whose name I unfortunately didn't get. I believe she may have been the manager. The customer service from her was above and beyond, I could tell she really cared about helping the customers and took pride in her position. Her staff did great as well. “It's not only the fact that it's the closest parts store to where I live, but every time I've walked in if somebody is at the counter, I am instantly greeted and asked if I need any assistance. Usually I am able to walk out of this store within 5 minutes with the exact parts I wanted. I will definitely return in the future seeing as all of the cars I own require work constantly!”

“We’ve been in to O’Reilly a handful of times in the last couple months as we fix up an older car that had been sitting in the garage.We’ve had a good experience every time we’ve been in and with all the folks who have attended us, but I want to mention in particular the excellent help that we’ve received from Mac on several occasions now.Mac helped us with tests, he dug up information about a part that was under warranty, and he has consistently been patient, knowledgeable, and good-natured when we’re in. We’ll be back any time we need anything for the car, and that is due in no small part to our experience with Mac, who has made us feel that we’re in good hands when we’re there. Thanks!”

“I'm handicapped and drive so little my battery kept dying. I went to O'reillys and Hugo was so very helpful. I was going to buy a new battery but Hugo said it's not the battery and sold me a product that keeps the battery charged. $40 instead of $250 for a battery. He came out side and installed it so I didn't have to go inside. I was very impressed”

“I NEVER leave reviews, however the staff here is ONE OF A KIND!!!! I was having issues with my battery 2 months ago. I just made it in before they closed. I told the lady working the store asst mngr don’t kill me I kno ur closing but I need my battery checked I had to jump it today. She said NO PROBLEM!!! Battery was good and she checked my alt too and it was good. Was personable fun to talk too and never rushed me. We checked oil & added a quart. Bc she was so pleasant I went back tonight. Now that same battery needed a jump 2x today. Walked in 20 mins before close AGAIN. Out comes OSCAR. Don’t kill me I know my battery is low so can we grab some tools and get it charging?? NO PROBLEM MY FRIEND!!!” Let me grab my coat I got you!!” We joked as we took it out and I practiced my Spanish with Oscar. Then Glenn jumped in n helped us get it changing since 15 mins was btr than no mins. Long story longer. My situation in life currently is CHALLENGING!!! My battery was shot!!! Glen throughly explained what happens over time to battery’s and why it wouldn’t charge Oscar and Glen went ABOVE & BEYOND to make sure I walked out with a NEW BATTERY tonight!!!!!!! I can’t thank Oscar enough for what he did to help me and restore in me that there are angels even at Auto Parts Stores. This staff has the BEST attitude I have EVER encountered. I normally can’t stand the grumpy annoyed auto parts employees. These guys are ALWAYS great!!! I will not spend a penny anywhere but with this store bc $$ talks and I can’t thank Oscar and Glenn enough for their kindness!!! CUSTOMER FOR LIFE!!! The end….”

“Came pretty late, around 9:30pm and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. We needed snowchains in a pinch as it started to storm and we were heading up to snowbird in the morning. They were able to help get the right size chain as well as adjusters. Really appreciated the staff coming outside in the snow to get my tire size!”
