“My daughter is interning in Salt Lake this summer thru Univ Utah and I live in Texas. On two occasions in the last two weeks, she has experienced car issues. First a cam sensor needed replacement, next an alternator. Both incidents occurred on Sundays. Both times I phoned this store and found the manager, Robyn to exceed any expectations and offered to meet with my daughter in the store to explain to her what was needed and why. Robyn also made herself available for my follow-up calls. Appreciate Robyns intentionality as it relates to customer service! Highly recommend this location.”
“Monica, bilingual angel. I watched her man a line of never ending costumers while her coworker was in the back oblivious or uncaring that there was a line, she was alone, phone blaring. She was fast knowledgeable and amazing costumer service.”
“Went in right before they closed because my check engine light was on. Luke was super helpful and willing to run a diagnostic test for me even though they were closing in a few minutes. He said my error code was really rare and got underneath the hood to try to figure out what was wrong. He diagnosed the issue almost immediately and patched it up so I could make it home for the night and to the mechanic the next day. Could not be more pleased with Luke and the service he provided”

“We’ve been in to O’Reilly a handful of times in the last couple months as we fix up an older car that had been sitting in the garage.We’ve had a good experience every time we’ve been in and with all the folks who have attended us, but I want to mention in particular the excellent help that we’ve received from Mac on several occasions now.Mac helped us with tests, he dug up information about a part that was under warranty, and he has consistently been patient, knowledgeable, and good-natured when we’re in. We’ll be back any time we need anything for the car, and that is due in no small part to our experience with Mac, who has made us feel that we’re in good hands when we’re there. Thanks!”

Extremely knowledgeable, Very kind, Very helpful.
He was able to take the time (And I was happy to give it to him) to explain the different types of batteries, he was able to test my current RV battery and show me why I needed to replace my battery. He then (with a bit of my help) installed the new battery in my RV.
He could have oversold me but because of his explanations and advice I was able to get an excellent battery and not pay as much as I thought I was going to.
I absolutely recommend his store (He owns two).”

“Was in today for a battery check on my Aunt's Nissian. Danny took very good care of me, checked the battery, found it was bad. Showed me a new battery and installed it for us. Very poliete, quick doing the install, and had me on my way. Great place! Great people!”
