“Jim helped us navigate the unethical insurance company tactics. Progressive wrote a poor estimate based off of pictures. When we asked to have it looked at in person Progressive said no, if we take it to the shop we lose the option to take a payout instead of repair (false, lie, unethical). This was clearly manipulative and Jim helped us stand up to Progressive's bullying. The accurate repair estimate was $4,500 higher. To put that into perspective, that's 225% higher. Progressive was trying to cheat us. Thanks Jim.”
