“Jim helped us navigate the unethical insurance company tactics. Progressive wrote a poor estimate based off of pictures. When we asked to have it looked at in person Progressive said no, if we take it to the shop we lose the option to take a payout instead of repair (false, lie, unethical). This was clearly manipulative and Jim helped us stand up to Progressive's bullying. The accurate repair estimate was $4,500 higher. To put that into perspective, that's 225% higher. Progressive was trying to cheat us. Thanks Jim.”
“I came in with a low almost flat driver's side rear tire. They found a nail in the tire, fixed it and didn't even charge me. I asked them to charge me, and they still didn't. Needless to say next time I have something far more sinister going on I'll take my truck to them and they will charge me.”

“Sean provided some of the best customer service I’ve ever received from a tire shop. I went in for new wheels and tires, and unfortunately, an accident happened involving one of the tires. They took responsibility for what happened, and Sean went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and made right.
