“Went on Christmas Eve to find a dress (not many selections unfortunately but I get it's kinda out of season at the moment). Found a very cute one tho! Staff was nice and checkout was fast. Only complaint was literally just that there wasn't a lot of dress selections.”

They always have a great selection of good-quality secondhand clothes, shoes, toys, and books. I also love how easy it is to sell items back and get store credit. Overall, it’s a great experience every time I visit!”

“My fiancé and I went into the store a couple weeks ago. My older brother had passed unexpectedly, and I needed to find some slacks to bury him in. We were helped to find what we needed and then turned over to Colton or Coleman (don't quite remember his name as that time frame is kind of a blur.) He mentioned getting them altered and I explained the reason for my visit. He was very sympathetic and caring, I almost cried. I really hope he knows how much I appreciated his kindness.”

Their Halloween and Christmas designs are especially cute. The staff at Carter's has always been helpful and friendly. Carter's regularly offers sales, clearance items, and coupon rewards. “Due to my own fault, I arrived at 10 minutes before closing time and was frantic to buy some pj's for grand kids that I needed to mail the next day. It was 15 minutes after closing when I left. The two clerks could not have been sweeter or nicer to me. I feel awful for making them work over time, but they never made me feel like I had imposed on them. Wow!!! I love how cute and well made the clothes are! I love the prices, they are so affordable for this grandma of 20 grand kids. I also love Osh'Gosh styles and quality! I was way impressed with these two clerks! They are great representatives of your company! Quality goods and quality people!”
“A really helpful staff name Tiffany helped my mom, she was really impressed. My mom is a 75 yr old lady who came in to buy clothes for my kids as a gift, she has issues with walking, and Tiffany held her hands and help her pick out the clothes. My mom was really impressed of how hardworking, beautiful and gentle she is and also kind. ❤️

“I went in today to exchange some items I bought online with my two small children. When I got there I was immediately helped by an associate named Barb. She kindly explained the exchange policy and directed me to another associate named Karry to help me find the items I wanted to exchange. Karry personally picked out each item in the correct size (even going into the back to find some, there were 12 items) and helped me back of front in minutes. When I got up front Barb had already gone through and done all the exchanging so all I had to do was pay and take my new items. I wasn’t even in the store for more than 10 minutes. The customer service I received by theses two was amazing!”
