“Went on Christmas Eve to find a dress (not many selections unfortunately but I get it's kinda out of season at the moment). Found a very cute one tho! Staff was nice and checkout was fast. Only complaint was literally just that there wasn't a lot of dress selections.”

“This location is incredibly well organized, clean and has the most friendly staff. It was worth the 20 minute drive to go here instead of the location that is closer to me. They had a great selection of clothes and gave me a very fair price on what I sold back and the wait time was quick.”
“Femboy friendly. Tried on a nice skirt here. It wasn't my style. An employee complimented me on my outfit and looked on the back for purple. Unfortunately only one and not the right shade of purple. You can see my outfit on my review of Fashion Place.”
“My fiancé and I went into the store a couple weeks ago. My older brother had passed unexpectedly, and I needed to find some slacks to bury him in. We were helped to find what we needed and then turned over to Colton or Coleman (don't quite remember his name as that time frame is kind of a blur.) He mentioned getting them altered and I explained the reason for my visit. He was very sympathetic and caring, I almost cried. I really hope he knows how much I appreciated his kindness.”
“Okay… shopping with teenagers can be its own special form of hell, and my son is ridiculously difficult to shop for and usually refuses to even try. Mason somehow got him completely squared away, happy, and even trying clothes on… which honestly felt like witnessing a minor miracle. ?
Kaitlyn G (I may be spelling that wrong, sorry!) helped my daughter, who loves shopping but is super hard to fit well, and she was amazing too.
Both of my kids found a bunch of clothes they actually liked and that fit really well, which does not happen easily. But more than that, the staff made the whole thing fun and easy instead of stressful, and that means a lot.
I was so impressed I was ready to leave a note for the manager… only to find out Mason IS the manager ? so I guess this Google review is the next best thing.

“Part of a dying breed. I love Jcpenny. I'm amazed they have survived when ZCMI, Sears, and so many other clothing stores went belly up when Amazon took over. I really like being able to try on clothes. We all know just selecting your size doesn't tell you everything. Each piece of clothing has a different fit. as well as how it feels. Neither of which you can tell via a photo on amazon. This JCpenney is nice. Well laid out, modernized, and large. Some of the other ones like Layton feel smaller and more outdated.”

Being senior citizens relizing how friendly ,to asking if I found everything. I believe many times we don't understand their policies to having our own beliefs on being on the front line . “A really helpful staff name Tiffany helped my mom, she was really impressed. My mom is a 75 yr old lady who came in to buy clothes for my kids as a gift, she has issues with walking, and Tiffany held her hands and help her pick out the clothes. My mom was really impressed of how hardworking, beautiful and gentle she is and also kind. ❤️

“I stopped in right before closing this weekend and was greeted by Jill she was super nice and helpful. She helped me get all the sizes I needed and didn’t rush me at all. Today I went in because I was so happy with my size experience this weekend I bought more clothes. Sarah was really nice. She pointed me in the right direction and even helped me find the discount rack for all the markdowns. Extremely happy with the customer service I received and will definitely be coming I got up front parking and was able to navigate their beautiful store.”

“Nice store with good selection of conventional styles and good color palette in blues, light blues, earthy tones and white and black. To get to teen section you have to take an escalator up- the dressing room is only on 1st floor and to get to that you have to take stairs down.
The cashier is on the bottom floor, sort of hidden away.
Good selection of sizes and can get up to 78%cotton in some sock varieties.
Mirrors are sporadic through the store, not very visible.
More cotton styles that most places, you should check it out. Pleasant to be in.”

I was turned away by the manager in Farmington HM, Farmington refused to assist me with a return; and this location in south town went above and beyond to assist me, they were so kind here, i appreciate how kind cashiers are in this location!”

Would love a ZARA in Ogden eventually, if we ever get a mall redevelopment at Newgate (Newgate Shoppingtown is what I think the redeveloped mall should be called by).”
