“I've had Laree as a personal trainer now for two months and I wish I had come in so much sooner. She has helped me tremendously with proper lifting form, my lower back issues, understanding macros and keeping me motivated. Laree is amazing, she's so much fun to work with, she listens to my concerns and she genuinely cares. I highly recommend StayFITT and I look forward to continuing to work with her.
*6 month update- still going to StayFITT. I love it!! I can't get enough of it. You show up and they have everything ready for you. They help with proper form or any questions that you have. The classes are amazing and work for ANY level. The people in the classes are so friendly and it's a non judgemental environment. Other reviews say it's more than just a gym and that's the best way to describe it. It's what you wish the gym you were at was doing for you. Laree and everyone are the absolute best!!”
