“A fantastic gym with a welcoming community and a well-maintained space. The friendly atmosphere and cleanliness set it apart! After experiencing this, I can’t imagine going back to one of those overcrowded, impersonal big-box gyms. TRY it!”

“I've been training at Rise 4 and love it! Working out at this gym has been such a positive part of my routine. The workouts are tough but doable, and the coaches are attentive without being overbearing. They really pay attention to form and make sure everyone feels comfortable modifying when needed. What I appreciate most is the consistency and the community. It's a place where people show up, work hard, and support each other. It's a solid workout and good energy. I'm really grateful to have found this gym!”
“Jessica is hands-down an amazing personal trainer. She’s extremely knowledgeable, keeps me motivated, and genuinely cares about her clients—not just their workouts, but their overall progress and confidence. Every session feels purposeful, encouraging, and tailored to my needs. I’m so grateful to train with her and highly recommend her to anyone looking for real results.”
“Dropped in for 3 weeks and had a great experience with taking classes. There is a lot of space in the gym and a designated area for open gym. Friendly owners, coaches and members. The programming was fun and challenging.”
“I booked a semi private pole dancing lesson for me and my friends here and I’m so glad I did!! Summer was an amazing teacher! She helped us all feel comfortable and confident as beginners. I would absolutely recommend Salt Mine and I will be back for more classes.”

“What a cool place! I was in Utah for the day and wanted to drop in. Missed my bus and was late to class. When I got there Olivia made me feel super welcome. Place was clean, organized, well-coached, and just a great vibe. I always love the $25 for drop-in+shirt combo. Highly recommend dropping in here if you're in town!”

“Since joining Orangetheory Fitness 476 classes ago (to date), I’ve met many wonderful people and coaches who have supported and enriched my roller coaster ride of a fitness journey. When I relocated from University Place, Washington to the SLC studio, I worried I wouldn’t find the same sense of belonging—but the SLC family quickly stepped up to the challenge.
Every morning, William, Emmerson, or Hailey greet me with a cheerful smile, making the studio feel welcoming. The coaching team—Sydni, Jess, and Emily—each bring their own unique strengths and motivation, ensuring every workout is both challenging and rewarding. Each also provider killer playlists for every workout.
When I think of OTF SLC, I’m grateful for the supportive environment and inspiring community. Here’s to many more classes and memories!”
“Paul has been training me for almost a month. He is extremely knowledgeable and very non-judgmental. I’m feeling stronger and more confident. I can see genuine changes in my body, and he is helping me to set and reach my goals. He has made me feel very comfortable throughout this process. I would wholeheartedly recommend him!!”

“I’ve been a member here for more than three years. It is the most fun I’ve ever had in a gym class. And I’m consistently motivated to push myself harder than I would ever do on my own. I’m motivated by the heart rate zones and the stats and the regular bench mark workouts. I didn’t think I was a very competitive person but I keep finding myself trying to beat my previous times/weights/reps/speeds. The gym is clean and the staff and members are friendly. Coming 4x a week with a membership is well worth the money.”
“Hub and Spoke!!Wonderful breakfast with the family. Very attentive service. There were 8 of us and the competency of the server was flawless. We had a young women who was friendly and happy to be of service. Everything we got there was hot delivered on time. Very tasty.”
“Super lucky to have found this place early on in our daughters gymnastics journey. Everyone here has been nothing but helpful, caring and committed to my daughter’s success. They have a few of the red rocks girls on the staff too. If you’re looking for a place that will help mold your child into what they want to become this is the place!”

“I used this as part of Wellhub, and Mary at the front desk was super helpful in getting me set up quickly and explained all the amenities without a long drawn out show like some other gyms would do. It’s clean with new equipment and has everything you need from a normal gym and the crowd wasn’t too bad at 4:30p on a weekday.”

“Honestly, Sports Mall is incredible. From the basketball courts to the gym, sauna, steam room, swimming pool, and tennis courts, it really has everything. The place is clean, well‑kept, and open super early until late (5 AM–11 PM), which makes it easy to fit in a workout or a game anytime. Whether you’re here to train hard or just relax, it’s the kind of place that makes you want to come back again and again.”
“Our daughter has been attending Dream Gymnastics for about a year now. She is getting stronger every day and really loves this place and the coaches. Highly recommend!”
“If you’re going specifically for lap swimming, this is a great facility. The lap pool is bright, the water temperature is comfortable, there are plenty of lanes, and the hours are generous.
The weight room, however, could use some improvement. A few machines are in need of repair, and the overall equipment selection is fairly limited.
Family swim is fun for kids, but the available hours are somewhat restricted, which can make it harder to plan around.
The locker rooms are spacious, and the showers offer individual privacy curtains, which is a plus. There are also small family changing rooms available.
We pay about $40 a month for a family of five, which feels like a good value as long as we’re able to go a few times each month.”

“I have been attending this location exactly for the past year as of today and I have truly never felt more welcomed and more at home with any gym in my years. I would certainly recommend this location to everyone in the area of South Salt Lake/Millcreek/Brickyard”
“We are not members but my daughter has been able to do the sports summer camp as well as the swimming lessons this past month. They do a great job of making things fun for the kids and teaching them skills. We've also been able to grab lunch from the cafe. Super delicious food with tons of options. The front desk staff are always super friendly and helpful! The gym looks great and clean. Hopefully membership opportunities will open up soon because I'm so in!!”
“The studio red classes at American Fork completely changed my approach to fitness! I always dreaded going to the gym because of the mental energy of having to figure out what to do. Studio red is different every time but they always do a fulll body strength work out plus cardio intervals. The coaches are amazing, especially Kailey, Ethan, Kannen, and Dana!”

“First gym membership Ive payed for since graduating from college. Great price, open late hours most of the time. I've had no issue getting a machine. I do wish there were some more heavier dumbbells though, if someone is using a heavy pair I often have to wait but I don't mind just using other equipment.”
“I’m 67 years old and in good shape for my age, but I was still a little nervous walking into my first Barre3 class. Any hesitation disappeared immediately. The instructors are professional and clearly know what they’re doing, but what sets this place apart is how genuinely kind and welcoming everyone is. I never feel out of place — quite the opposite. This class has become one of the highlights of my week. If you’re wondering whether Barre3 is for you, the answer is yes. Come as you are.”
