Horrible customer service.I walked in looking to pay my bill and possibly upgrade today but was left hanging.Not one employee greeted me when I walked in. Mind you there were 3 employees in the store, 2 of them chatting in the left corner. All of them saw me walk in, since no one said anything I went ahead and paid my bill at the self kiosk, when I finished I looked around and no one still came to ask if I needed any help or just a courtesy.Not sure why I wasn’t even acknowledged but y’all can do better lol. Kids working at McDonald’s have better customer service skills. Do better Verizon - Mountain View Village.

This store seriously has the coolest staff around! Big shout out to store manager, Justin and Leslie. Honestly are used to hate going to the phone store but going to this location and working with Verizon is seriously amazing. Give those folks a big raise!

We have been lied to by the employees in this store. We were promised free watches and earbuds to purchase new phones. They conned us into a $50 a month insurance plan from asurion that covered all our devices for any reason. Well, lost a watch. Called Verizon, told the watch was covered. Called asurion. The only devices covered must have a sim card. So now we continue to pay for a free watch. Shame on you at Riverton.

Missed opportunity! I purchase a new iPhone online and picked up at this store. I explained to one employee that I wanted to transfer data from my old phone to the new phone. And then transfer data from my wife's phone to my old phone. "No problem," he said. He got distracted by another customer. So I found another employee who said the same thing. As we were about to get started, he consulted a third employee who then revealed it would cost $30 per device. I decided to do it myself. Employee 2 said it's easy and explained that I just need to place the phones next to each other and follow onscreen prompts. I wondered then why they charge $30 if it's "so easy." So I went home. I started with my new phone first. several hours later and a few false starts with random error messages, I finally got all data transferred. However, my old phone, which became my wife's new phone, showed my old number. Well, I forgot entirely about SIM cards, having never had to touch them before. On day two, frustrated by why my old phone retained my old number, even though my new phone (using eSIM) also had the new number, I was back to scouring the web for help. Had any of my three friends at Verizon told me to switch the SIM cards in addition to transferring the date, all would have been well. Missed opportunity! Finding great service nowadays is getting seemingly more difficult. Hence my low score.

Run don't walk away from this Verizon store and Verizon service in total. We signed up for Verizon service during a promo giving us new phones after bill credits. We traded in our old phones and everything seemed fine. 5 lines in total. The first month our bill was over $300 which the rep said was due to taxes and fees, but we paid the tax in store we thought. They told us that it would get fixed by the next month. Fine. The next month came and we got another bill for over $300. This time they told us that it was due to a billing issue and that it would be fixed by next month. This went on month after month for 4 months before we finally said forget it and cancelled all of our service with VZ. Went to two different VZ stores and spoke to 5 agents who all told us that it was a mistake and that it would be fixed. It never was and we needed up paying over $300 a month for four months when our bill was suppose to by no more than $150 a month. Verizon has lost customer forever and I will be telling all my friends and family even strangers to watch out.

I had problems activating my new iPhones and Justin provided outstanding support. The store was extremely busy and he still made sure I left the store with an active phone. This is one of the best Verizon stores I’ve been to and they deserve outstanding praise.

This is the ONLY Verizon store you should be going to and Tyson is ABSOLUTELY the only person you should be dealing with! In the 10+ years as a Verizon customer (strictly based off coverage and not customer service) this was the best experience I have ever had not just with Verizon, but all utility companies. Tyson was so quick, helpful and EXPERIENCED. I complimented his expertise and knowledge and he informed me he has been there for 10 years and it shows!!! Verizon-Give this man a promotion and very healthy raise! He is an irreplaceable asset to your business. Literally, I'd follow him to Cricket if he told me to.

Tyson was able to switch me from AT&T and save me over $100 on my phone bill. He was super nice and patient with my family and I. We will definitely be coming back when we get new phones!

This was one of the best experiences I’ve had in a long time. Tyson was absolutely amazing!! He was able to help me set everything up and answered all of my doubts/questions. 10/10 RECOMMEND!!

I went into this store & needed some help with my phone. I waited for my turn & was helped by Tyson. He was funny, friendly & helped fix my phone in a very short amount of time. I will definitely come back to this location for help in the future!

I went in to see about some new phones and showed one of the guys my cracked screen on my iPhone 14 and he looked me up and said I’m eligible to get my screen replaced for free what I didn’t know was when he said that he meant I could get insurance and replace my screen… now it’s 17 bucks with asurion a month when I already have insurance through apple so ask more questions when talking to these guys in thrre it’s my fault and shouldn’t of been naïve

Came for an upgrade on my phone plan. I bought a S22 and was told my phone was ready for set-up and was told to follow set-up instructions. I ended up coming back because it was not ready and it took them a few minutes due to their problems. I asked them to help with the set up, but they wanted 30 more dollars. One week ago I upgraded 2 other phones at another location and they set up the phones without charge. I will not go back to this location.

if you go into this store don't expect quality service. Some guy Steven needs to learn how to deal with customers. Amazing how some people can't do a simple job. Good luck
