“Ok being a female walking into any kind of automotive shop has always made me wary. Are they going to take advantage of me and upsell me, etc. But my husband was just here for a tire last week and he told me he really liked these guys. So here we are, we think we might have ran over a tire on our way up to Hill AFB yesterday. Pressure light for our right side back tire was the issue now. When he was there last week it was the front right. My husband had to change to the spare to make sure we got home ok. He told me to try and take it in today to this Discount Tire since he had to work. I got there just before 10am , no appt on a Saturday -- but they got me in! I was in and out in 20 mins and they said NO CHARGE FOR TIRE REPAIRS!! They even made sure the others were all in good condition and had enough air. At first they couldn't find the issue, no nail. But when I told him the pressure indicator came on and was telling us different- he went back and rechecked it and found an issue with the valve! Epic service! The guys I dealt with ...from the counter person who checked me in to the guy who serviced my car... were super friendly, polite and very professional. Idk if all Discount Tires are like this but this one is awesome. I highly recommend them.”

I had a couple things wrong with my car and they gave me a detailed explanation about what was going and what they were seeing. They even showed it to me in the back so I wouldn’t have to just take their word for it. They were both very kind and understanding through the whole thing and I didn’t feel like they were condescending at all like I’ve seen at other places. “I took in my ‘88 Nissan Pathfinder on 03/09/2024 to get the front upper and lower ball joints greased. I was in and out in 20-30 minutes and they charged me $60. From what I’ve found online, that’s about half the average price for that service. Would definitely recommend!”

I took my ev to get new wheels/tires with a better offset and look than the factory and they were pros. they knew how to measure for exactly what I wanted and were transparent with pricing and all options. Fast and friendly service too!”
