I have known and trained with Alive and Kickin off and on for many years. After earning my black belt from him I went on to learn and explore other arts. Years later, I returned to Sifu Fred, because he is a great teacher who is always striving to improve himself and encourages students to continue to learn.

This is a great place to train with the whole family. It's been fun being able to train with my son here with Fred, Dave and the rest of the team. They are very knowledgeable and always working at improving their skills to help us grow.
