“These days I feel like customer service is terrible. People don't do their best work...I was worried about my 2022 chevy mini duramax...I am very impressed. I am impressed with how quickly it was done. My husband did all the talking but said the gal that runs the office was great. We have lived in the area for 11 months and we have met the best people. Friendly, kind and great customer service everywhere we go.

“So I'm walking around my truck one day, and I look down to see I'm missing a lug on my wheel. Surely I forgot to put it on. There was no way I was gonna find it on the ground. So I stopped by car quest. Steve knew my exact part and got it out to me. I also got some great advice on the wrong fuel I had been using for my mower. It was a huge help! And he knew exact measurements on a seafoam mixture I needed. It's so awesome. Every time I go there and speak with staff, it feels like I'm talking with family. They also helped me diagnose codes before, helped guide me on parts I didn't think about when I needed to fix my car, and advised me on warranties. They are always looking out for me as a customer. I love the place!”
“I went to NAPA today for what should've been an easy battery purchase and swap but due to major corrosion on the terminals and wiring it all went down hill quickly. Parker came out and looked at the issues and knew right away what I needed to fix it. Not only that, he did all the work which involved cutting wires and bolting everything back in place so that I could be on my way. In today's world you just don't see people going out of their way to help people the way Parker did. Great customer service and knowledge and help that will never be forgotten.”

“Fantastic service with a smile! I had the best of care while finding the parts I needed for my company truck. The manager and associates could not have been more knowledgeable, nor professional.The store is so cleaned and organized it was like walking into a hospital! I was dismayed to find they have only the store manager, who was insanely busy helping customers and directing employees.I wanted to set up a commercial account but decided against it as the Roosevelt Utah store would not be able to meet our needs without a commercial manager & being severly understaffed. They don't even have an assistant manager.However, to be fair. The existing staff, despite its severly limited numbers, was able to assist with our every need.”
