These guys are a joke. I've had there service since 2019 probably even longer since my dad used them befor he passed.Now all the sudden I'm not a big enough customer so they are going to come take my tank. It still has 40% percent in it, do you think i get some kind of refund? Of course not. They were not even willing to work with me or let me lease a smaller tank. Now I need to see if I can find a new propane provider for my area.Avoid this guy's like the plague.

I’ve had Ferrelgas for the last 8 years. I had my tank filled today and once again was so impressed with how prompt and courteous they all are. From ordering it last week to the kind and wonderful delivery driver who showed up today who is always so respectful and good to work with. Thank you for the service you provide.

Not so good. We were informed that we had to buy mega gallons of gas, more than our tank would hold, or pay a delivery fee. This has never been the case in the past. We are looking for a new service. Hoping to find one that is more accommodating. We are very disappointed with the new rules, after being very satisfied with Ferrel's service for more than 15 years.

We have a large propane tank on our recreational property near Duchesne, Utah. After filling it 4 years ago, it became time to do it again. It was easy to get ahold of Ferrelgas, and the driver came out and got the job done. We were not there when he came. We received an email saying that he had got it done. We are satisfied with the service we have gotten from them over the years.

HUGE shoutout and thank you to Ferrellgas in Roosevelt next to Pilot. We are working on an epoxy job in the area and had problems with our weed burner torch. The hose had a hole in it and was leaking. The amazing people at Ferrellgas were life savers. Working on an extremely limited budget, not having time to drive all the way back to Naples to hope to find another hose that could work but not being able to afford a new torch, they majorly discounted a torch and hose they have had for sale for a while... Extremely kind, amazing customer service! Anytime we were in the area and in need of anything to do with propane, we will definitely be back. Thank you so much for helping us out today when we were in a pinch!

Everyone that works at Ferrellgas is nice and courteous, and will bend over backwards to take care of its customers .
