Troy showed up promptly, did a great job of towing our truck, and they were speedy getting it fixed. The price was reasonable, and everyone was polite and helpful. They even delivered it back home to us!!

Today was my second time in 30 years having L and L motor Works on my truck both times it was to re-key the wireless ignition.
Both times their entire staff was courteous pleasant confident I was in and out the door in less than 30 minutes. I’ll definitely go to LL motors next time I have a important issue with the vehicle they’re nice people but I hope it’s another 30 years…

We arrived without an appointment for an oil change. They said they could fit us in but weren’t sure when, so we left. To my surprise, just two hours later, they called to say it was done! I was expecting it to take all day. Thanks L&L!

This was third time I called to get recall work done on my expedition. They kept saying they would order parts and call me. Took me three tries. Then they just scheduled and I had to work around it. There were two items to take care of and they only ended up having parts for the one. I live an hour away. It is no problem for them to fail. 50% is a fail.
