Mostly good. Staff is friendly, store is clean, but I ran into an issue today where, an hour later, the pay at the pump amount has not adjusted.
I paid for $30 of gas and my card is charged $50 (preauth as expected). However, it’s been an hour and it still shows $50 instead of $30. Called my bank and confirmed it really is the preauth.
Not used to it taking this long to fall off and this is the main gas station I use. The staff in store aren’t able to adjust (maverick doesn’t give them the ability to do that) and the phone support isn’t open now.

Went to this Maverick last night to get gas at about 10:30 at night paid for $10 in gas went to the gas pump put in the authorization code the phone as soon as I started trying to pump it said that my limit was reached and I needed to hang up the phone so I hung it up and then it told me to lift the nozzle so I tried it a couple more times and it did not work I tried to bring this to the clearest attention and she wanted to fight with me telling me that it wasn't going to charge my card with punk even though I tried to explain I've been trying to call the store all morning this morning and to know available for anybody answer me I do not recommend this Maverick

The cashier was super awesome!! The manager in the other hand had a power issue. I was waiting for the cashier to figure out the issue, i understand but it took a while before he got a manager, the manager acted super annoyed, they were talking about sliding a card and he kept saying i didn’t but i did the issue was it didn’t take it off. Instead of being professionally explaining he kept saying I didn't swipe the card. He said he wasn’t talking to me he was talking to him about the cash register, again sounded annoyed and rude.

I come in every day about 12:30 in the afternoon and the bathrooms are NEVER CLEAN and they rarely have my drink in the cooler! There always seems to be 3 or 4 people there so why is it always dirty!!!

All I wanted was the snowboarder on the wall and they got angry at me!! It wasn't even easy to take because it was just painted on! If you want to be called a convenience store you should at least make it easy to buy stuff but they wouldn't let me buy it at all! I'm severely disappointed.

The female cashiers are rude, on multiple occasions I come to shop and have unnecessary smart comments said, nearly every time I go. I would appreciate if they would say something nice, have some curiosity or don’t say anything, at all? they tend to throw shade ALOT! Don’t be surprised. Have a good day everyone.

We stopped today for gas, some raspberry filled donuts that are very hard to find in Arizona as well as a bathroom break. We were pretty excited to see a couple boxes of the donuts so we picked them up while our other family member filled the tank. Service was friendly and we were helped very fast. The worst experience was definitely the bathroom which needed a good cleaning as well as some soap to wash our hands. Thank goodness we had hand sanitizer with us.

I love Maverick stores. They are all awesome.... except this one. One cold coffee pot. No breakfast items in the Bon Fire. No any other items for that matter. And people sitting around doing nothing. Among other things. Terrible enough to make me bother writing a review on a gas station. Which is bad... hopefully someone fixes it for the sake of Mavericks everywhere.
