Super quick and easy to get my account set up. Staff are quick to respond to questions and everything handled very professionally. This is the second time I have gotten a unit at this facility and the level of customer service has not diminished in the three years. 10/10 would recommend.

EXCELLENT Customer Service! The best service I have ever had with a Self-Storage business! I have been a Customer for over 3 years and have ZERO COMPLAINTS! The Units are perfectly sized for the price and very Clean! The facility is well kept/maintained, units are easy to access -making loading/unloading an easy process! Staff is Super friendly, and helpful. They respond quickly and are always willing to help with whatever is being asked! Westside Storage IS THE BEST- hands down!!
