“Nice location I'll start with the teller they have one teller working inside and outside so you could be standing there for a few they have bankers working in cubicles some of them not all lack personality for a small Bank they lack that hometown feel being friendly knowing your customers a little bit better.”

From the moment she greeted me, she made me feel very comfortable and at ease, despite the fact that I was dealing with a stressful situation. Her warmth and professionalism stood out, and I genuinely appreciate everything she did to help me. The way she took the time to listen and address my concerns made a significant difference. “I have used this branch several times to pick up a cashier’s check and the process is always so smooth. The tellers are friendly, an because it’s small, there’s a great personal feel to it.”
“Due to the lack of available bankers, expect to wait for assistance. Seems like USBank is intentionally cutting back on employees, closing locations just to drive people to online banking. With that said, the bankers here were friendly, greeted me when I walked in. I had three transactions dealing with cash and two bank checks. All handled in a professional and timely manner.”

“Super helpful with two transactions some checks cashed and withdrawal. Additionally the teller asked if we were interested in having a money market savings account. Sounds great we're glad she suggested it.”
