I'd like to leave a great review for your pharmacy team in Roy, Utah. They always take care of me, even in the face of obstacles like they ran into this morning. The label printer went down so they couldn't finish filling my prescription, but they were on the phone with tech services immediately to get it figured out. This is just the latest reason I believe those that work this pharmacy care about each patient even though they likely have more than they can handle. Just wanted to shout out to the techs and the pharmacist there this morning. They did great

Horrible at every level every time I go there it’s a new experience that usually ends with a headache. Product not in stock technicians don’t check insurance correctly or coupon codes correctly I’m done and taking my business elsewhere.

The staff that are at this Roy location are terrible! You’re not greeted at all. No one is smiling. They don’t even give you eye contact. Not friendly. I go here to do cash deposits since it’s the nearest one and every time it’s the same deal. Customer service is the worst.,

My husband has been in this store twice to get his military required vaccines and he’s treated as an inconvenience every time. They didn’t order his shots, they dismiss his requests and AFTER doing everything they wanted for them to order the vaccines they STILL didn’t order them. They need to change staff or something because what the heck man. You don’t get treated this way, especially with medical items like required vaccines.

The pharmacy drive-thru closed at1:25 p.m. not 1:30 p.m. like they say they do. I pulled up at 1:25 p.m. and the window shade was down and said they were closed for lunch . so don't go there between 1:25 p.m.-1:30p. If you ask them as they're leaving why they closed early they will tell you because you were in line and not at the window even though you were at the window before 1:30.p.m. Very ignorant and rude when I asked. I've been going here for years and haven't ever had that problem before. I normally love this place but stuff is going downhill.

I have immense gratitude for pharmacist Linh and her team - today they helped me with a medication that needed to be researched and I couldn’t be happier with how I was treated during the process. They listened to me and actually caught an anomaly in their system and never once made me feel crazy or suspicious about the situation! Linh was able to find exactly what I was referring to and was so kind about it! The way you guys talk to people and make people feel is EVERYTHING- thank you for have a sharp eye and for looking out for my health and insurance billing. I appreciate you so much! Respectfully! AJY

Do not order photos/posters from this location!!! Half the time they are not cut to correct size. It’s gotten to the point where I have to bring my frames in to make sure they actually fit… and the employees don’t seem to care when they don’t fit. I’m officially done printing here and you should be too.

Everyone has always been nice there and still is but there are some things your employees should NOT be doing walking through the store working. Today I went in though and an older gentleman staff member (no name tag so I'm assuming he was loss prevention) was walking the store (he came out of the employee area a couple of times so I knew he was staff), rotating product, staring at people, etc., listening to his religious sermon or whatever it was very loudly. If he wants to listen to it, all good but it should be done on his own personal time or he should have ear buds in. He shouldn't be subjecting customers to it while on the clock. Period.

Terrible Customer Service.... Called in the morning to make sure they could get the medicine I was after. More than 15 minutes on the phone and I was told that they could order the medicine. Went to the store and found out that they could not order the Rx. I expressed my frustration with being told the wrong information on the phone and the tech gave me an attitude. MAYBE, a new/training technician should be looked over!!! AND MAYBE some customer service training would help keep customers...

Your vendors need to get better about rotating their product. This is way expired. I could understand if it was a month, but damn, this had been missed for like a year and a half. When I called to let someone know the person I spoke to acted not concerned at all.

Absolutely terrible service. Miss weeks of prescriptions every month because of back end management of prescription ordering from manufacturers. They are never available when they should be. Have to call and request they order medication every month so that you can get the prescriptions filled.

I made a quick stop here to get passport photos for my son. I was quickly asked what I could be helped with and a woman was sent over. She was kind and efficient and the photos were printed in a minute or two. I've never experienced a quicker process for getting in and out for something like this. Very happy with my visit.

Alexander was the employee who “helped” me. After telling him I needed to grab photos he told me he was going to help the man behind me first. When the man moved too slowly, Alexander he stomped his foot and huffed “alright I guess I’m helping you first!”After paying, he pushed the bag towards me (without the photos in it) ushering me out. I asked for a receipt, he told me walgreen no longer offers them physically? I asked for his name. Alexander is the sole reason we will no longer shop here.I was in retail for 7 years. I don’t expect outstanding service. I do expect the bare minimum in basic human interaction.
