“Update: they fixed the light and tailgate. Bumper is still off, but that’s the insurances fault.
I can’t say enough good things about the customer service! Great people really. I’ve had great experiences with the machine shop in the past. So I thought I would try them out. Overall, they did an OK job. My complaints are just minor details. It sucks because they really did a good job. But every time I look at my truck, I see the little things they didn’t critique and that’s all I can see.? I’ll have pictures below. The tailgate doesn’t close like it used to. My tail light isn’t flush with my bed anymore. My bumper either isn’t level either.”

“I had a deer strike in my truck, I needed it repaired as soon as possible. I brought it into them on Monday morning. They replaced two doors Mayor and had to repair two small dents on the cab. Everything was done in eight days and looks fantastic. They were very easy to work with and I would highly recommend them to anybody that needs Auto body work done.”

“When I was getting quotes for repairs, this is the only shop that took pictures and wrote up a quote, giving me a printout to refer to later. They worked great with my insurance, keeping in touch with them as they discovered additional repairs were needed. They also kept me updated, first letting me know that additional repairs were needed, then that parts were taking a bit longer than expected, and finally that my car was finished 5 days earlier than estimated. They have a good relationship with the Enterprise car rental, so you can drop off a rental car with them for Enterprise to pick up later. Would definitely recommend this shop and team for repairs!”
