Came in looking for some new bindings after mine got damaged on day 1 of my trip. Sam helped me find some awesome Arbor bindings at a great price that I love even more than my old ones! Does not hurt at all that the shop has two adorable pups. Cannot recommend this place more!

these guys were absolutely amazing, so so helpful. I snapped the dial on my boa snowboard boot. The employee just asked for my boot and dial, found the exact one and replaced it completely with the boa wire for free. Just excellent service and and overall great staff

Today I bought new skis, bindings and boots. Isaac was so patient and helpful throughout the whole process. He had me try on several boots and keep them each on long enough to know if they were a good fit or not. I had credit from selling kids skis on consignment, which is another reason I love shopping at L9!
