This is the best storage unit facility in Utah! The owner, Art, is super caring and a very flexible man to rent storage from. It is not climate controlled but I have never had to store something that needs climate control. Art is the best to work with. He is more of a kind and understanding friend than a unit owner.

No climate control, but the price is the best in town. Offers military discount. The owner is great and easy to communicate with. Pretty effortlessly month to month storage lease at 9th East.
